Carlo plays a vital role as an Administrative Assistant within a prominent Australian Owners Corporation (OC) firm. His primary focus is on enhancing the efficiency of OC managers and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of their extensive portfolio.
In this multifaceted role, his responsibilities encompass various tasks, including but not limited to: managing emails, drafting and distributing documents, overseeing breach management, organising documents, supervising work orders, coordinating maintenance schedules, and engaging with clients. Carlo is the go-to person for a broad spectrum of administrative functions integral to the smooth functioning of a Owners Corporation. 💻

As well as his work, Carlo participates actively in a wide variety of engagement activities at Buddle. “The Annual Kick Off Summer Events, where we get the chance to travel to meet the whole Buddle Family and get to engage in fun activities and collaborate with the team! We also have recognitions and awarding ceremonies!” Carlo also finds great pleasure in Buddle's Quarterly Performance Incentives and the thoughtful and generous work Anniversary Tokens, which are a testament to the company's appreciation for its RP’s. 🎖️🤝
When he's not working, Carlo takes pleasure in spending quality time with friends and family. This could involve binge-watching shows together or embarking on road trips. He values the moments where he can engage in meaningful conversations over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.🍷☕️
