She also reaches out to real estate agents to procure information about properties that might not be listed publicly or are kept off the market. This thorough and proactive approach ensures a comprehensive consideration of all available property options for acquisition. 🏘️
In this research-intensive role, Charm performs thorough due diligence on properties to evaluate their suitability and minimise potential risks, allowing her and her clients to make well-informed decisions in the property acquisition process. Due to the analytical and comprehensive nature of the role, Charm’s developed templates for analysis using Google Sheets, making the process more efficient and organised. 📊
