The Customer Champion: Angel's Role in Client Satisfaction

Angel is the primary point of contact for her client’s valued customers, assisting them throughout their journey—from initial enquiries before booking to providing support until the reservation has been made. Her main objective is to guarantee customer satisfaction by addressing various needs such as, but not limited to booking cancellations, rescheduling of appointments, providing information about the company's services and policies, handling customer complaints. “My role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction”.

Angel was initially attracted to Buddle due to the competitive salary and the opportunity to work from home.
